Post Testing opens in OctoberOn October 11, 2021, WebXam will release all available practice tests, posttests, and field tests. This date also marks the opening of the teacher effectiveness window for districts using pre and post tests for student gain measurements. Teachers and administrators are encouraged to reference the FY21 and FY22 Assessment Matrix on ODE's website for guidance on which tests are available for your courses. WebXam's also offers additional information about each test and links to course outlines and test blueprints on the about the tests page. Be sure to have your student rosters uploaded to WebXam and ready to go before the testing window officially opens. Review the roster uploads page to learn more. |

2021 WebXam User's WorkshopAre you new to WebXam? You should join us for our annual User's Workshop, which will be held on October 12. Performance AssessmentsBaking and Pastry Arts will be field testing performance assessments in the 2021-2022 school year, starting October 11th. This process will require students to demonstrate hands-on skill for their subject matter with a checklist and rating scale used to evaluate student performance. |

Test Security RulebookThe start of a new school year is a great time to review policies and procedures. Be sure to familiarize yourself and any new teachers in your school with the WebXam Test Security Rulebook. Teachers and administrators who access the WebXam website to administrate or deliver tests are required to agree to the WebXam User Agreement, which includes acceptance of the revised Test Security Rulebook.
