Course Grade Substitutions
In response to the ongoing challenges schools have faced due to COVID-19, the Ohio General Assembly passed House Bill 67 that allows juniors and seniors to use course grades in place of or in addition to test scores for the 2020-2021 school year to meet graduation requirements. Please review the following documentation to learn more.

Course Grade Policy

The Ohio Department of Education Career-Technical Assessment System web page provides details about the course grade substitution policy. Please take note that course grades can only be uploaded for juniors and seniors and that administering WebXam Assessments whenever possible is advised. Course Grades may be provided regardless of whether a WebXam Assessment has been given.

& Data Entry Window

The window for uploading or entering course grades extends from May 3 to June 11, 2021.

There will be no extensions or additional opportunities for uploading course grades after the window closes !!!
