Winter Pretest Window

The use of pretests can help document student gain, along with the observations and measurements conducted directly by the instructor and other local district staff. The window for winter pretesting is January 2nd through January 31st, 2020. As a reminder, students that took a pretest must take the posttest on or before April 24th, 2020 for the teacher to receive a student gain calculation and remain in compliance under OTES regulations.

Posttests and field tests are available during the winter pretest window, so it is important to activate the correct pretest.

Pretesting for Construction in Fall 2020

Staff would like to remind you that the pretests for Construction Technologies will be available for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. They will not be available next year (2020-2021) due to field testing of item banks now under revision. For any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@webxam.org. Your participation enables us to create a more thorough test, which can help your students succeed.

Teacher Review Workshops for 2020

WebXam Teacher Review Workshops allow career-technical education instructors a formal opportunity to review and comment on finalized WebXam tests. Teacher Review Workshops are held in Columbus, Ohio, throughout the school year. More information, including cost and registration, can be found at the link below. The last two reviews of the year will be held on March 5th, 2020 and April 3rd, 2020. Seating will be limited. Register early to save your spot.

Validation for Construction Technologies
