Preparing for End-of-Year Testing
As spring arrives, we encourage WebXam teachers and administrators to review the upcoming WebXam deadlines for the school year.
Upcoming deadlines include:
- April 27, 2018 is last day to offer posttests for school districts who are using the pretest and posttests to measure their students' improvement.
- The last day for students to take field tests is April 27, 2018. Field testing is used to collect student performance data on tests, which requires an earlier close date to allow time for processing.
- June 1, 2018 is the last day for WebXam testing.
It is important that test administrators plan for the upcoming dates as it is not possible for us to make exceptions.
All WebXam deadlines are available at the WebXam Calendar.

Field Testing Counts
Each fall, newly written test items are released to students as Field Tests, an important part of the process for creating final test forms of 40 items. We encourage teachers who are teaching Field Tested courses to test their students by April 27, 2018. The collected Field Test data will be used to calculate the benchmark scores for the final test forms. Please follow the link below for a list of the courses that are in the most need of additional student participation.
